We help our clients to get suitable candidates, nurture them & also retain them. Our recruitment process is broadly classified into 3 stages –

  • Planning – In the planning process, we discuss and understand the client requirements to find out the skill set, organization structure, reporting relationship, span of control. This forms a base and an integral part of our recruitment process. With this in place, we find out suitable candidates who fit into the requirements given by the client. These candidates are evaluated against the job description given by the client to check if they will fit into the culture, structure as well as the future plans of the organization. We also check on the key deliverables of the individual, opportunities and salary & benefits.
  • Implementation – Preliminary interviews are conducted of these shortlisted candidates to check on their experience and expectations. With our contact in the industry, we try to gather as much information about the candidate so that we have our recommendations and assessments ready to be handed over to the client. These cvs along with our recommendations is handed over to the client. The client round of interview is conducted by scheduling a meeting with the client and the candidate.
  • Closure – If our candidate gets selected we can also assist the organization in negotiating on the offer, follow up with the candidate for speedy joining.
